Used a dollar to catch this on Friday when I went Bugis for lunch.

The referee was obviously siding with the Germans… My Portugal~!!! *sad*

Jack has been eyeing for the turtle… It was our aim to catch it every week. I promised I’ll catch it for him & I finally did!!! Wahahaha… 

Italy won the World Cup!!! Yeah Yeah Yeah!!! who will expect Zidane to use his "tie tou gong" on the Italian … & ended up with a Red card. Kinda wasted~

World Cup Fever:

Been watching the WC with an antenna borrowed from AL cos he had been watching the live broadcast via the Malaysia channels. It was until last Fri that he decided to take it back so that he could watch the matches (FYI: Malaysia channels no longer live broadcast). Still remember that night was Arg’s match. No choice, I went to Jack’s place & watch.

The next 2 matches were Eng then Bra… I didn’t watch. Lazy to go over Jack’s place. Anyway, I think Eng sucks (personal opinion - dun take it to heart) & I have absolute confidence in  Bra. It was that night that I realised that AL subscribed to SCV instead of using the antenna (Just bcos he couldnt tune to SCTV he thought I can’t too!!!) I was EXTREMELY pissed off. When I confronted him why didnt he send the antenna back to me (he promised he’ll bring it back to me if he could tune to sctv) he kept aruging, "send it back to u oso no use, u cant watch either". My blood boiled… I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THE MATCHES!!!! WAT THE *toot* That night, I cursed Eng to lose (cos he supported Eng). And indeed they lost…. I gloated over his misery… & he scolded somethin vulgar. I ignored him since then…

Mon: 3rd July

My face was BLACK. I didnt go for breakfast with them… I worked at L5. I didnt go for lunch with them… I hardly talk to anyone. Somehow, ST & JM knew that AL had provoked me (cos I’m quite "ngum" with him). Heard from AL later that they reprimanded him for making me angry. He apologised after work claimin that he didnt mean to scold me that. He was scolding the situation… Eng’s lost. Sorry I dont give a damn whether Eng won/lost. U R WRONG TO USE VULGARITIES at FEMALE species!!! Another day passed.

Tues: 4th July

I kinda cooled down but still didnt join them for breakfast. I’m not that unreasonable… I know ppl tend to say things that they shouldnt when they r angry. BUT I"M NOT GOIN TO LET HIM OFF SO EASILY!!!

I was meeting LP WF KT & etc for lunch at the Outram’s temp. hawker/market. ST JM AL were sitting at the desk area (the rest went out for lunch). So I asked, "I’m meeting NUS guys, anyone interested to join?" (actually I was facing JM) JM answered tat he planned to do expt, no time to have lunch. So I turned to ST, "how abt u?" ST took her lunch at NUS already… left AL~ JM suggested to him that he goes with me. "Ppl askin u, not askin me…" that was his respond. I know that was being sarcastic but eventually when I entered the lift, i smsed him, "Dun say I nv asked u, u wan u come down to L1 right away! I’m meeting LP." He joined. Was kinda paiseh when we reached there cos only 2 seats left at the table. No choice, since I "invited" AL, I sat another table with him loh… LP was with us. To show his sincerity in apologising, he offered to queue up for the Bak Chor Mee… *evil grins* - actually I’m quite easy to coax. So sweet & kind of KT to buy us "Ah Boling"… even though LP ate the peanut paste one *sobs sobs*. After the lunch, we patched up. (yucks! sounds like some BGR thingy)

Wed: 5th July

Betted on Germany but they lost… the last 2 mins of extra time~ Italy scored! The 2nd goal… GK didnt even attempted to block. Super Duper Ultimate Sad… so sad that I left for work right after the match. Reached lab at ~6.30am when the sky was still quite dark. Pathetic~ The moment WY reached the lab, GP started talking to him abt the match. They actually wanted Germany to lose!! "Germans!!! Go Home!!" was wat she said. *toot…. toot… toot…* I sweared.

Thurs: 6th July TODAY

Portugal lost… cos of the PK!!! cos of Zidane!!! France won by a penalty kick!!! *sighs* Why isit that teams tat I wished for them to win, lost…? Jinx sia~ Then I should start hoping that France will win~ . So disappointed, I went to bed… & was late for lab meeting (guess today is the first time I was late for lab meetings). lab meeting now is like time to bitch… Today… Today… for the first time, SHE picked on GP. SHE indirectly "shot" GP, SHE mentioned abt leaving rubbish on the desk area (those used tissue papers la!)… then picked on the way she presented her data. I wonder why… Surprisely SHE praised me when I was presenting. SHE told the students that they should learn the way I presented my results… & get all the info that SHE needs ready on hand. After all these yrs… I can anticipate wat SHE’ll ask for.

Congrats to HER promotion. We got another treat from HER this afternoon at Merchant Court. Lunch Buffet. I sat beside HER… avoiding sharing table with GP. Poor AL had to share the same table with GP & bear with her nonsense. hahahaha… gloating over his misery again.

To all Buggers:

If by saying "sorry" can solve the problem then the world will have peace. Why is it that some ppl think that after u made a mistake or did smth wrong by saying sorry we can "forgive & forget"?! I can’t do that… I can forgive but I’ll nv forget.

How abt stabbing someone then say "sorry". WHAT IS THE POINT!!! u have already hurt that person. Will it revive that person when u say sorry when he/she is already 6 feets under? #$%^&*(!

Dont take a advantage that ppl will forgive u all the time, dont take it for granted… there is always a limit to all things.

It will be too late to regret when the time comes….
